Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 1/22/26
This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions of terminating your membership subscription with Female Entrepreneurs of Nashville (FEON). Please review this Policy in its entirety before canceling.
1. How to Cancel Your Monthly or Annual Membership
There are two options to terminate your membership:
Option 1: Provide us with a 30-day notice before the next renewal date (the next payment due date, which can be found in your member account). Notice must be emailed to amy@feonashville.com.
Option 2: You can cancel your membership in your member account at any time by following these steps:
Log in to your account.
Click Account, then click Subscriptions.
Click the subscription you want to cancel.
If you have remaining payments, click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.
Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
2. Cancellation Terms Compliance
Upon cancelling as outlined in this Policy:
You are not eligible for any refunds for terminating your membership before the renewal date.
Any automated future payments will be canceled.
You will lose access to membership benefits:
Option 1: upon receipt of your 30-day notice, or
Option 2: at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Failure to Comply
If you do not follow the terms as outlined in this Policy by either
(1) providing a written 30-day notice via email, or
(2) initiating cancellation in your member account before the renewal date,
you will be automatically charged for the next billing cycle. This charge is non-refundable.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on the site’s Cancellation Policy and reflected by the updated "Effective Date."
