The FEON meetings have been such a wonderful experience to connect with other like-minded women who have done the hard work of owning a business and starting a career path.

A Message From Founder Amy Mascali

Hey, there! I’m Amy Mascali.

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, I’ve called Nashville home—on and off—since 2003.

I founded FEON in 2023 after hosting a simple happy hour with a few girlfriends. What started as a casual get-together quickly turned into something special. Everyone loved the smaller, more personal atmosphere and the opportunity to share what they do for a living.

“By the end of the night, everyone was asking, ‘When are we doing this again?’ That’s when I knew I had found something meaningful worth growing.”

Networking is a lifeline as you start a business and grow your community.

Before launching FEON, I spent 22 years feeling unfulfilled working for someone else. In 2018, I took a leap of faith and started my own business, She’s Got Baggage, a luggage storage company serving Nashville tourists who arrived before their vacation rentals were ready.

Our drivers met guests at the airport, stored their bags, and delivered them directly to their rentals once check-in time rolled around. I grew the business to a team of 20 drivers and over 1,100 partnerships before proudly selling it in 2025 to one of my best drivers — an amazing milestone and a powerful learning experience.

None of that would have been possible without the relationships, support, and opportunities networking with the right people has provided throughout my career. Many of my closest friendships began through networking.

Now, I’m a matchmaker for female entrepreneurs on a mission to help like-minded professionals connect and thrive because we’re stronger together!
